Se declaró la nulidad de todo lo actuado en la tutela promovida por el menor de la referencia contra el Colegio Bilingüe Internacional del Quindío a partir del auto proferido por el Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura del Quindío, toda vez que se le dio aplicación al Art. 1 del Decreto 1382 que, como ya se dijo, no resulta aplicable por ser contrario a la Carta Política.

En consecuencia, se remitió el expediente al citado Consejo Seccional para que realice el trámite que corresponda conforme a la Ley.

DECLARAR la nulidad de todo lo actuado en la accion de tutela promovida por el menor Carlos Mario Cortes Hurtado, contra el Colegio Bilingue Internacional del Quindio a partir del auto de dieciocho (18) de enero de 2001 proferido por el Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura del Quindio, visible a folio 16 del expediente.
  2. Segundo. REMITASE el expediente por Secretaria General al Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura del Quindio para que, de manera inmediata se le imprima a esta accion de tutela el tramite que corresponda conforme a la Ley.
